We are a photographic duo based in Hereford, Herefordshire and we just love Lyde Arundel weddings. Lyde Arundel wedding photography is perfect if you want bright barns, colourful gardens, and a relaxed countryside vibe where guests can properly enjoy themselves (which is when the best candid moments happen).
We’re Marta May Photography – also known as The Mays (Marta + Artur). We photograph weddings in a DOCU-ART style: candid documentary moments first, with relaxed cinematic portraits (no stiff posing, no awkward vibes). We’re TWIA National Winners (2023) and now TWIA judges.

We love Lyde Arundel weddings. This place is one of the most beautiful wedding venues in Herefordshire. Beautiful bright barns, amazing colourful gardens, the lake and lovely vineyards. I mean what else does a photographer need?
This is just a perfect wedding venue choice. If you’re thinking of an outdoor wedding ceremony, it is possible to have it there and the ceremony looks gorgeous! Our couple chose a different scenario. They got ready in their houses, they then drove to the local church and then to Lyde Arundel for some great celebrations. Here’s their wedding slideshow:

The venue is perfect when you are planning to invite small guests. Children have the best time at Lyde Arundel. They can run and play games on the lawn and in front of the barns. Our couple had small kids and they were so gorgeous! They had the best time there. Bigger kids enjoyed the garden games too!
