What happens when you throw away the traditional wedding timeline? This Old Gore Barn wedding is the perfect example. After a beautiful Greek Orthodox ceremony, the celebrations moved to the Cotswolds, where dancing started before the speeches, continued after dinner, and carried on long into the evening. Add one of the most unforgettable strawberry and raspberry wedding cakes we've ever seen, a relaxed sunset portrait session, and a couple who chose celebration over endless posing, and you have a wedding that felt completely, wonderfully their own. This is Old Gore Barn wedding photography at its most joyful.

There are beautiful wedding venues, and then there's Sezincote House. With its Indian-inspired architecture, breathtaking gardens and sweeping Cotswolds views, it felt like the perfect setting for a colourful Hindu wedding. From the Mehndi celebrations and three stunning bridal outfits to one of the most beautiful floral mandaps we've ever photographed, every part of the day flowed effortlessly. Add relaxed documentary moments, a handful of portraits, and a few rolls of analogue 35mm film, and this became one of our favourite Sezincote House wedding photography experiences to date.

Thinking about getting married at the new Hereford Register Office? We recently photographed two beautiful ceremonies here, and we'll happily admit... it completely surprised us. While the entrance is practical rather than romantic, the ceremony rooms are bright, modern and filled with natural light, making them perfect for relaxed, documentary wedding photography. Add plenty of space for confetti, lovely family photo opportunities, a nearby meadow for portraits and views across to the historic former Royal National College for the Blind, and you've got a venue that's far more photogenic than you might expect.
