I am totally in love with Marina and Sam’s spring engagement session Herefordshire. Not only was the couple amazing, but also the place was stunning! We met in front of Marina & Sam’s house and just went for a walk. The first warm weeks after the Beast from the East were finally here! I also believe this was one of the first sunny days after weeks of horrible weather… I was in awe of the place and kept saying how gorgeous the day and the views were.

We usually have our engagement shoots in Queenswood Park, Herefordshire which I really like. But I think I definitely need to keep exploring Herefordshire. This is such a beautiful part of the world. The time of the shoot made a big difference too because it was just before the golden hour. The golden hour and then the blue hour are the most magical as far as taking romantic pictures of the couple is concerned. I remember Nicky and Mal‘s wedding day – they were lucky enough to have this golden light on their wedding day. If on your wedding day you (or your photographer) spot his type of light, just go outside and use it! Trust me, your photos will be amazing!

If you are planning your own spring engagement session Herefordshire, get in touch with us. Summer is always busy here because of weddings so another time for engagement sessions would be during the autumn months. Would you like to read more about the engagement shoots? No problem – we have written a post about the benefits to having an engagement session. If you asked me to name just one reason why it is good to have the engagement shoot, I would say – practice. Having the engagement shoot makes you more confident and more experienced.
