Unusual Herefordshire wedding venues
Wedding photographers
As Herefordshire based wedding photographers we have photographed weddings in many stunning locations. In addition to big venues such as Dewsall Court, there are many small and unusual Herefordshire wedding venues and they all look stunning. Our photography style is natural and relaxed, perfect for those locations. The list of unusual Herefordshire wedding venues:
As we photograph more weddings, this list will be growing. We cannot wait to shoot our first wedding at Lower House Farm in Longtown, Herefordshire and we love this venue already! But let’s get back to the venues we have shot in before:
Bredenbury Court Barns in Bredenbury
This new venue is a mixture of tradition and modern elegance. Their stunning orangery is bathed in natural light and you can see some truly amazing Herefordshire countryside views from there. Our first Bredenbury Court bride got married there because this venue was also her school a few years back.
Broadfield Court, Hereford
Broadfield is one of those unique and unusual Herefordshire wedding venues with even more stunning views, beautiful gardens and elegant interiors. The first wedding photographed by us there was an outdoor ceremony followed by a garden party, treasure hunt and outdoor dancing (take a look at the fist video). The second Broadfield Court wedding was also featured on Coco wedding venues blog.
Brooks Country House – Pengethley Manor, Ross-on-Wye
This country house hotel is another venue with stunning views. We love their library too – such a perfect backdrop for wedding photographs. We photographed our first wedding there back in 2013.
Burton Court, Eardisland, Leominster
This historic house is perfect if on your wedding day you want to completely forget about the XXI century. Driving up to this stunning wedding venue and then spending the day there really feels like traveling back in time.
Glewstone Court, Ross-on-Wye
This quirky Herefordshire wedding venue is perfect if you are planning a smaller wedding. We have photographed small garden party weddings and also bigger marquee weddings there.
The Forge, Hereford
This wedding venue is so unique, we especially like their gorgeous restored stained glass windows and the fact that it can easily seat up to 200 wedding guests. Our first wedding photographed there was truly stunning and original and the evening party was unforgettable!
The Green Man, Fownhope
Last but not least, this wedding venue is truly unique! You can even have an outdoor ceremony there. We have photographed a few weddings there, some of them were full wedding days, other only included the getting ready in the morning.
Herefordshire hidden gems
Many couples focus on big wedding venues and sometimes those unique, small and quirky venues get missed. If you are planning an intimate wedding, have a think about those smaller venues. This might be all that you need and more and every single one of those unusual Herefordshire wedding venues will give you stunning backdrops for your wedding photos.
