If you’re searching for CLEVEDON HALL WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY, you’re in the right place. We’re Marta May Photography – also known as THE MAYS (Marta + Artur), and we photograph Clevedon Hall in our signature DOCU-ART style: candid documentary moments with cinematic portraits woven in naturally (so it still feels like you, not a photoshoot).
You might recognise us from TWIA – we were TWIA National Winners as THE MAYS, and we’re now TWIA judges. In real terms, that means you get calm, experienced coverage that handles fast timelines, big emotions, and low light – while keeping the day relaxed and genuinely fun.
CLEVEDON HALL is a brilliant Somerset venue for couples who want timeless elegance with lots of variety – grand rooms, beautiful gardens, and strong indoor options if the weather does its thing.

Why CLEVEDON HALL is brilliant for DOCU-ART wedding photography
- It lets the day flow. Guests can spread out, mingle naturally, and there are loads of little corners where real moments happen, which is exactly what documentary storytelling needs.
- It’s rain-friendly without feeling like Plan B. If it rains, the house gives you multiple indoor backdrops that still feel elegant and intentional.
- Portraits are easy and quick. We can do a short portrait pocket in the best light (indoors or out) and get you back to your people in minutes.
Our favourite spots at Clevedon Hall
As wedding photographers we tend to find new and unique spots for wedding pictures and we just love those truly quirky wedding venues. Here are some of our favourite images taken at Clevedon Hall. Can you guess where exactly they were taken? Our style is quirky, unique and relaxed, here are the examples:

Real wedding at Clevedon Hall
We have photographed a few weddings at this fantastic venue but would love to come back and photograph more. There is just so much still to photograph there and we definitely want to do more Clevedon Hall wedding photography.
Clevedon Hall garden and the lake
Have you spotted that unique swing by the lake? No? There are so many more lovely spots still to be discovered at this wedding venue.

Clevedon Marine Lake
If you like stunning sunsets and sea, this might be the perfect wedding venue for you. Still not far from Bristol but you can get this amazing “summer holidays” feel. Thanks to our brilliant, adventurous couple we took those pictures:

Clevedon Pier
One Direction had their video clip recorded on that pier. We actually prefer another spot nearby, from which you can see the amazing sunset and the pier at the same time. The pier is quite busy anyway, so that’s not ideal for your wedding pictures but we can go to that other spot and your photos will be even more magical.

Clevedon Hall
This venue is truly stunning and spacious rooms are just perfect for wedding photography in winter or when it rains. So that’s your wedding weather plan A and B covered.
