How Caple Court weddings
Herefordshire wedding photographers
We are a husband and wife duo based in Hereford – visual story tellers who love capturing amazing moments for our couples. We have photographed How Caple Court weddings in the past and the experience was amazing. If you are currently planning your own wedding day at this venue – congratulations! You are going to have a fabulous day there.
How Caple Court – the history
This unique country estate located in How Caple, Herefordshire, has an incredible history. Did you know that this venue, just like Flanesford Priory, has been mentioned in the 1089 Domesday Book? Just imagine having your amazing day surrounded by history. So how do How Caple Court weddings look like? Let’s see.
The Morning
There are a few options here. Some couples choose to get ready at the Green Man whereas others choose the stable at How Caple Court. Both locations are great as far as photography is concerned. Many couples use the fantastic B&B in Fownhope to get ready at – The Green Man.
Others choose the beautiful stable at How Caple Court, only a walking distance from the church:
How Caple Court weddings – the Ceremony
This venue is one of very few West Midlands wedding venues with a church on site. Birtsmorton Court is the other one. Having the whole day in one place has so many advantages and the most important one is having a very relaxed day that doesn’t involve any traveling. Sometimes getting from the venue to the church might get quite stressful. You don’t have it here.
The ceremony options
We have had the pleasure of photographing church ceremonies here but you can also use the Concert Barn to have an indoor civil ceremony. Outdoor ceremonies are possible too and we would really love to photograph them at How Caple Court weddings. Just think about the beautiful gardens at this venue and all the stunning views across the gardens to the Wye Valley and Welsh Mountains.
Let’s photograph the confetti moment now!
The Reception
As reportage wedding photographers we really love the ‘mingling’ time. How Caple Court’s backdrops are just amazing and there is so much you can achieve here in terms of layers in reportage wedding photography. This is one of the best stages of your wedding day too. Now that the ceremony is over, you feel a lot more relaxed and enjoy your day more.
The Group Pictures
This is also the time for your group pictures. How Caple Court weddings are relaxed by nature, just like our group images. We love being organized to ensure your day runs really smoothly.
Wedding Breakfast
Depending on the number of guests and your preferences, the wedding breakfast can take place in the Concert Barn or the adjoining marquee.
Your Photos
We don’t really have a specific time designed for your couple pictures. Our plan is always to work around you and your guests and also to look at the best light. Usually the best time for some romantic (or funky) images of you two is before the sunset. There is so many unique spots and secret places we can use at this venue. That’s why we love How Caple Court weddings so much!
As wedding photographers we really love the rustic details, the barn doors and stone outbuildings, the flowers and trees. How Caple Court also has a few hidden places – all great for your photographs. We might also borrow you for a minute or two to create a lovely night portrait for you.
The Evening Fun
Let’s get the party started! The Dancing is one of our favourite parts of every wedding day and How Caple Court weddings have some of the best parties ever!
